I have found the analyses in the FAQ but am confused. Without using organ meats from poultry or beef, I don't see how your copper levels could be that high.
Please clarify as the individual ingredients do not appear to have high copper levels intrinsic to the food itself.

To ensure safety, we declared copper levels based on the literature's highest values. It's acknowledged that actual copper levels may be lower due to our exclusive use of muscle beef, devoid of organs.
