We will do our part to communicate any major changes to you about deliveries, and encourage you to make the adjustments you need, within your account page to ensure your sweet dog has all the food they need.

All items purchased Dogs For The Earth are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
It’s important you realize when we hand over a package to the USPS, it becomes your property.

Every time your label is scanned you can watch the progress of your package simply by inserting your personal tracking number in USPS USPS Tracking
We send tracking notices to the email address you used to place your order so watch for them!
You’ll receive a notice: The day we ship your products, the day your package is out for delivery and immediately after it has been delivered.
Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure delivery was made and your package is safe.
If you do not receive your package after receiving a delivery notice, you MUST contact your LOCAL post office FIRST.
Your LOCAL Post office will know the exact time and GPS Location of delivery. They can question your postman directly via cell phone. This is the BEST WAY TO GET YOUR PACKAGE FAST.
Then notify us.
You must do this within 24 hours after notice of delivery.
While delivery issues are very rare, it's important for you to be proactive in a timely manner to ensure your package is safe.
